If you have your artwork design ready, please send the artwork files to us by email at wct@wctlabel.com along with details about your order quantity, desired label material, any special instructions, and the shipping method if you are outside Hong Kong. Alternatively, you can click the "Request for Quotation" button and complete the on-line form available on the some of the pages under "Our Products" in the main menu.
Once we have received your inquiry and if all the necessary information required for quotation making is available, we will promptly process your quotation request and return a quotation to you with information about lead time within 24 hours. After you have confirmed the order and arranged payment, we will send you a digital proof for you to proofread the final artwork within 2 days. If you approve the artwork, we will proceed with production and complete the order by our agreed delivery date.
When the order is completed, we will advise you by email and will arrange shipment to you as per your previously given shipping instructions.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Theoretically, our MOQ is 5,000 labels, but we are open to negotiation. Our pricing depends on several factors, including label size, number of colors printed, label materials, finishing required, and most importantly, the order quantity. Usually, the more you order, the cheaper the unit price becomes. Our experience tells us that it is more economical to order 5,000 labels or more for most orders in terms of quantity because the difference in the total price for ordering between 1,000 labels and 5,000 labels may not be too significant.
